can't access some of my packs

Hi! I'm currently having an issue that i've never had before. So, today after not playing sims for a few days to a few weeks I noticed when I was building my sims home that I couldn't access a pack I wanted which was Snow Escape and so It was gray which indicated to me that the pack wasn't install to my game so I went out of the Sims 4 game and onto to EA to check under my add ons to see if I downloaded the Snowy Escape pack to my game and I was downloaded to my game but it wasn't showing up as if it was in my game, and so I tested with other packs that aren't in my game like one of the kits, so i downloaded one of the kits which was the Incheon Arrivals and went back into my sims 4 game and saw I was having the same issue with the Snowy Escape pack! I uninstalled the packs to see if that would help you know the snowy escape and incheon arrivals then reinstall that didn't work, then i unistall the whole sims 4 game as one that didn't work and then lastly, i restarted my whole mac computer and that didn't work. Now, i'm just hoping I could get some help or some advice on what i could do. I have never had an issues with my sims 4 game ever,  even with all the crazy updates until the latest one.. i'm a little disappointed but i  really wanna use my packs that i paid a lot of money on.
