update messed my game up

Since the update I can't play sims the proper way .Everytime I play with or without mods I try to go into another world for my sims to explore and toggle with the zoom in or out button it gets stuck into place and pauses the entire game after that I can't press on any buttons to exit .

never cc or mods

    Try the following

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    • Repair the game
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
    • Start a new save game
    • Check if you still have the error
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

    😭hello I have the same problem but i can't find my documents flies mine just has the new Ea and then a list of games and there is no where it shows where it is saved just all it has is the drives and nothing else so i have no clue how to get my work or my family's back i looked them up online and i don't see them and i went to the ea site nothing .... true heartbroken years of work gone for a update

    Hello I definitely tried that but it’s still not working something is definitely wrong with Willow Creek .I can’t go to the world or the bar or gym in willow creek without it freezing .

    Oh my goodness I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems.Ever since the new recent packs plus updates definitely made my game mess up .
