Wind Animation
Hi. The wind animation in my game has stopped. All my save files are the same and I've started a new save file, but it's the same for that too. NO WIND. Does anyone know if this is a glitch or some new update to improve performance?

What are you're graphics settings ?
Any mods/cc in your game ? Which platform are you on ?
