10 Sim Household Babies aged Up/no relationships
I have a 10 Sim Household (although pets absolutely should count separately). My main Sim had a Horse, Cat & Dog, and married a Sim with a horse and a dog. They had a baby. Then I went around the neighborhood "fixing" households to make sure my kid would have someone to play with. Came back and my Sim had had twins. So count 'em, 10 sims - 5 humans and 5 pets. I didn't change anything, why would I, but when they aged up yesterday, their info still shows the relationships but the in-game Sims haven't a clue who these kids belong to. I have MCCC but if I try to edit the relationships, the page is blank. Can't edit, can't edit on lot, can't delete relationship...
With the Horse Ranch pack, EA should have absolutely dealt with the pet issue by giving them their own separate count. After all, they really are just NPCs. Unlike TS3, we players can't have them do anything. With all of these updates they're doing, why aren't they addressing this issue? Seems pretty big.
So what are my options? I tried modify in CAS but with 8+, it doesn't modify the household. That means when my sim infant "came back", his father and a horse were gone. Backtrack. Dresser, same thing. I just keep jumping out of the game but it's already too late because they aged up. That happened yesterday and I saved and quit, never thinking about checking to see if their parent was dead or a pet had bit the dust. Didn't know it was a thing until today when I tried to edit the household because the infants have ugly clothes, ugly hair and stupid names.
Help?
A known limitation of MCCC (or any other mod for having more than 8 Sims in a household) is that you can no longer edit those larger households. There's nothing Deaderpool can do to change that -- it's a hard, strict game limitation. You either don't change the household size setting or you don't edit Sims anymore.
