99) Make a Sim family with one Adult, then adopt a kid. Have the kid get lvl 10 in all skills (including ones unlocked after completing other skills) and complete all childhood aspirations. Also have the adult not work and just complete all adult skills and 3 aspirations. Try to get to 100,000 simoleans. Don't grind skills. Instead rotate between things so you have variety. I'm currently doing this and the hardest thing is keeping their Social need up.
Tip: get the adult high mischief and writing skill so they can write excuse notes on the computer, the kid wont have to go to school. The kid can also take vacation days.
