A few questions

Hello there. I have nowhere to ask these questions.. so if you've got some time...

It's been very long since I played the sim 4. Before I start to play this game again, could you answer a couple of questions, please?

1. Is it STILL impossible for me to build an apartment from scratch, to build my own apartment (by choosing a lot type, 'apartment')?
So there's no way for me to create my own apartment outside San Myshuno? So... No 'apartment' a lot type?
(I just realized that there is an apartment, outside SanMyshuno!!, in a world called 'Evergreen Harbor'. Isn't this the first world, aside from San Myshuno, that has an apartment in it? Does that mean I can also build my own apartment outside San Myshuno..? )

** No cheatcodes or debugging ways to build an apartment from scratch and outside SanMyshuno?
If anyone knows how, please let me know..!

2. I've seen a trailer for a new 'High school years' pack. Is there still NOT going to be a functional POOL TABLE, like the one from the sim 2?

They are not rhetorical questions, but I truly wonder...

    You cannot build an apartment in the Sims 4. You can only renovate existing apartments.

    No word yet on pool tables for High School Years.

    There is no world editing in TS4.

    @EpicSims unfortunately, the answer to your apartment question is no. You still can't build apartments in any world. As to your question about pool tables, right now there are no functioning ones in game. A lot of people are waiting for the livestream on friday to see exactly what we're getting with High School Years, so who knows ?‍♂️.

    I have a few work arounds to suggest. I use apartment type buildings in other worlds, but they’re designated residential. I just make sure beds are set for specific sims and doors are locked to anyone but the household. It plays close enough to an apartment for my needs.

    If you want to have Mt. Komorebi just as a resort, you can designate all of the residential lots as rentals. That will keep the game from moving randoms in. It won’t change where it displays on the world map, but it’s functionally a resort town. I’m actually the opposite of you on this one. I want the destination worlds switched to residential. With the ability to create rentals anywhere, now, I think having only destination worlds is a waste of real estate.

    And one more question..!!

    Why is MT.Komorebi not in a "destination worlds", but in a "residential worlds" category?
    Is there anyway I can edit the worlds and move Komorebi into a Destination Worlds?

    I know it's a very small thing, but every time I am on 'Manage Worlds', it's like one of my pet peeves..
    Mt.Komorebi being in a residential worlds bugs me somehow.. :disappointed:

    So there's still no 'Editing Worlds' in the sims 4??

    As far as apartments without CC or cheats I've heard people using the roommate function to create the illusion of apartments.
    What I would like to say, and I didn't see any place that seemed appropriate; is thanks Maxis/EA for implementing several suggestions for future game/gameplay/objects into the game. I just reread an old post of mine and found several things have been implemented. Thank you. I really appreciate it.

    Pool table should be in Discover University, but maybe for High School Years.
