I haven't played a regular Sim since GW came out xD I love the aliens!

Okay, people who play aliens. Is it normal that when an alien has hair it changes colour over time? I'm not talking about disguise hair, but when their in their alien form and have hair.

On the 5th and 6th pages of the thread, the issue has been affecting alien children.

Yes it's the child. I made her have blonde hair in cas, she came out as black haired and now she has red hair.

@Ceres_Meiriona where did you get the cc for the natural skin tones of your aliens? I really want an elf x3

Those sims have zero CC on them. That's maxis default skintone and alien ears/eyes right there. <3
You can make your own aliens with flesh toned skins via a lot of trial and error in genetic breeding, OR you can download one of the many aliens on the Gallery who have "human" maxis skintones and then randomize the facial and body structures so you can craft your own in CAS. The Gallery route is a lot easier, but I went the genetic way because I didn't think it was actually possible. (Totally argued with someone about it for an embarrassing amount of time. LOL) I was dead wrong, as it's totally possible. >.< Had to see it for myself, though. LOL

There are a lot of neat aliens on the Gallery (CC Free). Just search using the "elf" hashtag. I have a few ESO styled Altmer and Bosmer ESO style elves on my Gallery, but there are some really neat WoW and Forgotten Realm styled elves on the Gallery by other players too.

@Ceres_Meiriona Ah! I didn't think to play with genetics. I went to try to make one the other day and there were no natural skintones so I figured it was just CC. But that's awesome since I don't use CC! ;D Thanks so much!! Totally gonna check out the gallery ones too! x3

It is an issue affecting other simmers also. It would be good to press " me too" on the AHQ EA thread link that I posted in the earlier post.
