WOW exactly what I was about to type, Buying extra content is part of Sims, that's a legacy I'm resigned to live with. Being blatantly scammed is another point I'm not willing to submit to.
But it’s true though. If a game my husband made failed, excuses of: “It wasn’t my fault, it was the fans they didn’t buy it” would not wash. It’s as simple as that. It would not be the fans at fault- it would be the developers and above for failing to understand their fan base. But then they don’t want to alienate their fans and appreciate that most of their audience are adults and many have grown with the game. They also aren’t aiming their games at children.
I feel with the sims 4 if you are over 25, you are considered over the hill and your opinions don’t count.
