I only ever get suggestive clipping errors. Sometimes I take these into account when pairing my sims up.
For example, in the above video, a few minutes in you see two sims swim close behind each other. Depending on their idles, my sims often produce animations that look a lot less like swimming and a lot like something less innocent. With two adults that makes great romance material, but when a kid and an elder or two kids get locked in that idle blending the result can only be described as "ugh".
I have a series of pictures where Jacques Villareal idles below the diving board and then Max jumps in right onto his head, arms flailing. It looked as if he ripped off his fathers swimming trunk. I labeled that as a prank and the kid got in much trouble for that, but after I was done laughing my lungs out I could see how the same scene could be viewed in a different (darker, nauseating) light.
