I do because I usually play one household for at least a year before I switch to another one and I try and keep track of who wins.This play through I remembered seeing Akira Kibo's name pop up at least twice so I went to check in on the Karaoke Legends, well they will be legends because they have 3 million simoleans! I don't remember if Akira won it all 3 times or if it was one of the others. In my games its usually the Heckings or the Lynx family that win it the most but the game usually bugs out and they don't receive their winnings! But this time the Legends did! Hmm, what to do with all this cash? Move them into a penthouse or a mansion? Or just spruce up their current home? So many choices!

I do make a note of who won the lottery. In my game it's usually unhoused townies. Then when I'm in Manage Households again and they are indeed without a home, I pick a nice mansion for them, they get a makeover and I play them for a bit to find a partner and start a family. After they're settled in I mark them as unplayed again. I don't like to play in mansions myself so this is how I put them to good use.

Yes, they get the money even if they are unhoused = not in world.

I do! I make all my townies, so I recognize them all. In my current save, my university dorm roommate won at uni. When the next lottery came around, she won again. Now she's living in a big mansion in Willow Creek with her family. She's the only townie I've ever seen win the lottery twice.

Father Winter has won 2 times, that eldest cat of Cat Lynx and and Rosie Hecking both won once... and lets not forget Judith Ward who won twice also.
