Are expansions getting worse with each Sims game?

Actually I don't agree with this. I honestly think that University is a good expension. I love Parenthood and Seasons. Tiny Living is very good too. I don't think it is getting worse with time. I think there are some failure, like Sulani which is laking for an expension or My First Pet which for me was supposed to add snake, rabbit, birds...
