Me and my friend were just discussing because of this festival, that we wanted bands back in TS4- so I really hope we will get them back. I think it's a plausible assumption; I can see a Game Pack dedicated to bands- and maybe something including performing in general as well (something a little similar to TS3's showtime, possibly.) I can only hope we get bands back at some point!
