My park in willow creek was bulldozed a year ago. I put a huge wedding venue there with a beautiful church and outdoor recreation. Emit shows up every time no issues. All of my Sims 4 worlds have been remodeled with no original lots and I have not run into any issues with these events.

I think the events are too easy and I'm glad because I just want to get it over with and play my game. 🙂
