I really think we should move away from restrictions like these.
Pets bound to one specific world was a stupid idea to begin with imo.
I think players should decide how and what they want to do with the content.
Pets aren't exclusive to Brindleton Bay though, are they? You can have pets in any world. The strays only really hang out in that world, but even that can be applied to any house with Cat/Dog Hangout. I think having one world where horses roam free makes sense. It doesn't mean you can't keep a horse on a lot elsewhere (hopefully).
I agree. Horses roaming in cities in sims 3 never made sense to me and caused so many issues with lag etc!!
I would be happy with no strays at all, but if there are stray horses, I would prefer for them to be in one world only and not have horses running through San Myshuno..
