It’s in the bottom right of picture 10 on Sims Community. It unfortunately looks to only be decorative but it might be hinting something :)

WhenIsWinter  Found it!  It's a deco item.  Would be cool tho if they could bring wind instruments and allow the formation of a playable band with friends and family to include singing too!  I could brainstorm so many ideas just for the music avenue!
