So either 1 person is creating all this chaos all by themself... call it "lack of creative artistry", or multiple people are involved and simply don't communicate their creative results to ensure their work is relatable to each other.
I've thought the exact same thing many many times and had discussions with other CC creators about how a lot of the swatches don't match in this game, especially wood tones/textures!
