I use the stuff for both packs also, but to be honest I need to use objects from another packs to complete one room, because it is impossible to do if you want to use only one. I like that furnitures but I totally have no idea what EA thought when they compiled the item list. It is ill-considered for me. I expect that Stuff Packs will have a full set to make at least one room or more. Tyni Living is closer to be better than anotherstuff packs, but I really miss some solutions for tiny bathroom or kitchen.
Tiny Living was such a letdown. It's such an exciting and timely theme. If it had been a game pack or even an expansion with many more space-saving and functional items, it could easily have been the most innovative pack in the entire series. Instead, the theme was wasted, which I find to be a pervasive problem with TS4.
I partially blame the new clutter category. It is unique to TS4. In the past, players needed to depend on modders if they wanted an extensive variety of clutter. EA/Maxis focused more on game systems and function. These days, I find that the opposite is true. EA/Maxis pads each pack with so much clutter, it seems that they have forgotten that they used to provide the function and the fun. That includes items within a set that actually matched as well as woodwork that was separate from the upholstery.
