Can I get a refund for kits that don't show up in my game?

I don't know where the problem began. Maybe it was when they changed from Origin to the EA app but the last four kits I've purchased have NEVER showed up in my game. I admit I probably should have n...

@FlamingoKicker1 Glad you figured it out ?. FYI: EA stopped supporting the CAS Demo last year, think around the time they made basegame permanently free. There's a thread somewhere on the forums about it and the problems that caused.
