Can pregnant sims die?
As stated in the title, can they die? if so what happens to the baby? Also, if you have a baby and kill off both parents what happens to the baby?!

Oh yes, the good ol' days. Back then I actually had to try really hard for my pregnant sims to survive. I still remember the first time I managed to get a Sim through all stages to give birth. Felt like such an achievement. :joy: (
