Can you disable Eco Lifestyle's NAP without disabling BB objects' effects?

I like Eco Lifestyle but NAPs could be way better than what they actually are. I really hate Sharing is Caring, Free Love and Roughhousing Encouraged as I find those too intrusive. The other ones are either great or just silly with no real impact on my gameplay (even though some of the animations that randomly trigger on townies are too out of character but it's still funny) so I don't mind them.

I already have a mod installed that prevents Sims from stealing objects when Sharing is Caring is enabled but I can't deal with Free Love and Roughhousing Encouraged, yet I don't want to completely disable the NAP system because community lots are genuinely great, some of these NAP are good and I like using objects on my lot to reduce bills.

Is there a solution for this particular issue?

You can disable them from game options by choosing only played or active sim to vote on them, can't rememebr exactly which is it. Then you need to go into each neighbourhood and repeal the NAPS that are active that you don't want. It's tedious and I did this for my game but I still find the occasional clay blob and tablet laying around the neighbouhoods but at least they don't steal the bar chairs anymore.
