Can't claim the Jazmin's event rewards

I cannot seem to claim all the rewards of the event. While I don't have all the packs, i still cannot claim the basegame ones.

I've had contact with EA support and nothing we've done helped at all. I even asked my sister who doesn't live near me to try and claim them by logging in and it doesn't work there either.
