Celebrity feud

I'd appreciate some advice from players with Get Famous. My global celeb is in a long-running feud with Octavia Moon, but he wants to end it and have an affair with her instead. He's demanded a face to face meeting and is flirting with her (rather successfully considering), but there is no option to end the feud. How does he do this? Does he have to be friends with her first?

He's just become enemies with a different celeb who he will have his next feud with, but there is no option to start one right now. Can you only have one feud at a time? Does he need to abandon the one with Octavia first? Any help will be gratefully received.
