That's a great idea! I hope the For Rent bugs are fixed soon. I like the idea of having a large apartment complex.

I also may put the bachelor mansion on one of the large lots as this seems the perfect neighborhood for that challenge.

I'm going to turn the Plaza section gazebo into a restaurant or lounge. With the other two 30x30s, one will become an art center and the other a playground or I may DIY a festival area. I think I want to put some kind of museum on the 50x40 in that area.

There are! There are axolotls, which are like frogs and insects (Outdoor Retreat) except you can't sell them. They're endangered IRL so only collectable in The Sims.

I always thought of Chestnut Ridge more like Henford-on-Bagley. I just got a horse in Henford-on-Bagley and it's the first time I've had a horse outside Chestnut Ridge...

Yes, please! A new lot type would have been the dream. I didn't need another bar or another lounge. Lovestruck is giving base game.

I wish there were more variety in lot sizes, and some 20 x 15 on the ground - not just penthouses. I find it so much easier to build on small lots. It's a good number lots, at least.

Whenever I get this pack, I'm probably going to turn the near-park 50x40 lot into a pool and the one in the suburb area into a wedding chapel.

So relieved most lots are small/medium

so far I just know I need monastery/wedding venue there
probably 50x40 since I don't really have other use for such big lot here
and it seems only right to have it sandwiched between gardens

I really like the park but I'll probably try making the building smaller if that doesn't get too tricky
I also don't know how to feel about the bar+kids thing so I'll remove one or the other part of it probably

so far just thinking about outdoor movies and lurv blankets near the motel somewhere
and maybe some live entertainment could be added to lounge lot  if we ever get bands

going to build the penthouse similar to one in reveal trailer
probably not 1 to 1 but I liked it being more colorful

torn on Gym and Nightclub

I really like the overall vibes
but I just noticed theres lots of things in nightclub (like platforms)
that I might find annoying in gameplay

and Sudor I'm torn on mostly because I do want to keep this lot gym I think its splendid
but I'd really love to add all spa day things with it so I don't have to use different lot for it
and I don't immediately see how to fit all in without major rework of the build 😅
