Could Realm of Magic and University connect?

The fact that the four types are reffered to as "The Schools of Magic" makes me think that University could include a second, smaller campus available only for spellcaster sims if players have the RoM pack. Sims 2 came with more than one campus so I believe it's possible for the Sims Team to include both a regular and a magic school.

I'd love this but .. I hate to say it like this cause I play this game a lot and I love it, but well, it is a TS4 EP. And TS4 EPs just don't come that packed with content - let alone cross-pack content. But if they did do this, I'd hug them to pieces :joy:

It would be nice if we could make our own universities/school including a magic one. But including one in the pack only for those who have ROM would not be fair to those who don’t and yet pay the same price.

Yess! I was wondering about this too - a "make your own school" pack would be so neat. Where you could create your own courses using all the features from all the stuff we have. A gardening school, a magical school, a vampire school, a cooking/restaurant school, an arts school for painters/writers/photographers/actors, .... ahhh the possibilities xD Again, I doubt it, but I think we'd all love it!
  • You know, it's gonna seem very odd to not to not at least have an option for a veterinarian since it's a specific skill. But it's also not an official career. It just uses a similar system to the retail store AND restaurants. What would be neat is if the Uni pack DID make it an official job, outside using Ministry of Labor. I mean, the gameplay would be the same, but if you had a degree for it, you would have "Vet", "Retail Store Owner", or "Restaurant Owner" as your job title instead of Unemployed OR setting it through Ministry of Labor. Could maybe even have levels, and earn a new title based on how well your business runs? The issue with retail stores and restaurants is there's no hard-associated skill with them. Charisma helps but it's not like you'll fail if you don't hard-focus on it.

Pretty sure the GTW active careers do have hard-associated skills with them; they are just base-game skills that base-game jobs also use
