Creating vacation destinations out of residential worlds

One of my favorite things to do in game is send my sims on vacation. I was curious if anyone has any great ideas or lots that you have used to create vacation destinations within residential worlds.

In my newest save I turned all of Magnolia Promenade into a Christmas destination. I rarely utilize that world. Now I have a tree farm, Christmas themed Café, toy store, and a restaurant. The food stall and skating rink also spawns there.
