Some of the stuff packs have game-changing activities for me. Movies are something I use all the time. It’s lame that we can’t invite a guest to watch regular TV together, but you can do this with movies. There’s the Cool Kitchen stuff pack with an ice cream maker and some of the recipes have interesting effects, like a diet ice cream for losing weight, and every sim has a favorite garnish & topping combo based on their personality (Carl’s guide has a list) and it gives them an extra moodlet.
There’s also Backyard stuff which has wind chimes that add a nice ambience, a lemonade tray and some other fun things. Perfect Patio stuff has hot tubs.
These added more gameplay than the EP Island Living did to my average sim’s life, so I appreciate them.
