Though isn't the lack of a "middle" kind of realistic in expensive cities? :# I've never had an issue with needing more residential lots, but I also wasn't excited to move anyone into Del Sol so I've been moving sims who I want on the fame track into San Myshuno. Thanks to MCCC, some of the already-famous sims moved to SM as well so it works out.
