I don't think we'll see different heights in the game because of the prohibitive cost of making all new animations for a new height. And new clothing.
I do believe we'll eventually get bunk beds and spiral stairs. You just gotta believe. :)

yet so many features not present both the base game and packs remakes says the opposite.
I agree and how long do you have to believe that more can be done with this game when four years has passed already. Also, it is known that the developers are not adding features because it may cause performance issues for lower end systems and that is the caveat of owning one. and also is the price that one pays. If my systems are capable of pushing the envelope why should I pay the price for systems that can't. I am just glad that other developers are not following EA/Maxis path in the blanket treatment. Allow the systems to scale up or down if the engine can do that and if that can't happen then EA/Maxis chose an poor design for an engine and that is my opinion and I stand by what I put out.
