I haven't had an abduction pregnancy since probably 2017 without using a mod to force it to happen. I think it's been broken in game for a long long time. I do have plenty of abductions, but I think that's a side effect of playing an alien sim in a household. Kerrigan's family tends to get abducted on a regular basis.
