Do you remember the first time you played a sims game?

I was 16 when I visited a schoolmate and she let me play The Sims 2. But it was only for a short time (in which I managed to kill my Sim by fire). Since then I kept the game in the back of my head but I didn't even have a computer and I had no clue how you get computer games. So when 8 years later I read somewhere that Sims 2 is for free on Origin I immediatelly made an account, downloaded the game and played it for 48 hours straight. Again, my Sim died while cooking...
