bev6usaNo, the game won't marry him off unless you have a mod that does that. If you don't have mods and you don't have story progression turned on, you will find him in the Skyward Palms neighborhood of Oasis Springs. He lives with three women in the Caliente household. If you do have story progression turned on, he might have died in an accident, or the Calientes might have moved out. If you have mods, good luck, anything could have happened to him. 

Do you play the game with story progression (neighborhood stories) on? If so, he might have moved away or married someone.

Find his household in manage worlds and hover over his icon in the bottom left of the screen, and it will tell you where he is. Or if you have Get Together, you can make a club with him in. It will give you some friendship with him and then remove the group, and now he is in your relationship panel. Or he might be dead

Does the game have him married? I was going to try and get him married to one of my sims.

In Caliente household unless neighborhood stories have killed him off 😂
