Disagree. Eco Lifestyle and JTB were lame but otherwise it's been pretty strong. A mountain pack has been something a lot of players have wanted for years, same with a Japanese pack and the Murphy bed.
They've added some of the best build features of any sims game in the past 6 months, they've finally improved personalities which players have wanted for so long, skin tones are finally getting the improvement players have wanted for years, we've finally got firefighters, people have been wanting stuff for elders for years so they added knitting and we now have the ability to vacation anywhere, etc etc
Maybe in the "Sims 4 complaining circle" it's been bad but if you actually look at the content other than those two disappointing packs it's been a pretty good year.
