The OP is doing a study. In her original post she states that she previously conducted a poll that included us older. There was something about the results that caused her to focus on these specific groups.
*These age groups were originally one group in the previous poll. People from this age group responded the most. She wanted to break the group down more for more details. - EmmaVaneSeasoned VeteranA farming pack caters to rustic living, eco living, historical gameplay, maybe rich sims too if we get horses etc. Doesn't have much use for city sims and only gardeners would likely find a use in suburbia.
Tropical vacation is nice, but how often do you send sims on holiday? 0-2 times per generation most of the time for me and not normally for more than a few days. They've already said that older worlds aren't backwards compatible if we ever get swimmable oceans, so most ocean based activities wouldn't be transferable to general gameplay.
Supernaturals is the most versatile for me. New lifestates bring new ways to live all types of lives, from a PlantSim environmental activist, to a Vampire politician, to a Witch doctor healing the sick with magic. - Supernatural, I chose the Sims 4 because I wanted to see my characters the way I envisioned them. However they are still incomplete. Most of My characters beings are Supernaturals, and my story is Fantasy based. So Supernatural (Sorcerers and Werewolves Game Packs in particular) are essential.
Farming would have been a close second, since farming does play a part in my story also, But Supernaturals should take precedent "Writin_Reg;c-17045451" wrote:

Did you read my post? I included a reason why. If you want to vote click the link to the other survey.
I’ve never been interested in the idea of a farming-themed pack, and I don’t really bring my Sims on vacations. That could possibly change with more options, I suppose, but I feel I’d have more fun with a Supernatural pack.- RoboSpongieNew Spectator19-24 Group
I want Supernatural just anything fantasy that affects the game entirely huge impact wise, I'm so bored of humans - ValiantRedKnightNew SpectatorI choose supernatural because I want a liveable beach world, not a vacation world! I’ve never even seen the ocean in real life, I’d love to have a sim have a beachfront house.
I also didn’t choose farming because games like Story of Seasons exist, and I don’t really like sim animals.
Also I like fairies way more than witches. "FurSimsOfficial;c-17053515" wrote:
Not into supernatural, hate them.
I love farming! But im not sure if it would bring me far in game play other than a certain household or certain specific generations. I would want it, definitely! but IF I have to choose, I'd go with a vacation pack as that's something I have been wanting to do lately with my households. We have no proper holiday destinations and we need resorts/hotels/cruises/beaches etc. So much would come along with an EP like this.
Somewhere in this forum section, there is an idea thread of mine about this pack. I loved writing it :D
I also cannot stand Supernatural at all. I dont get why its popular. I just wish they could stick with vampires- > @GGgkkg said:

Quoting myself because I posted in the old one by mistake, lol
