Favourite and least favourite skills to build?

I don't like mixology & photography. I find both of them really boring to up skill. I don't much mind any of the others but usually speed up the game when my Sim is building up a particular skill. I think I've enjoyed archeology the most - I enjoyed my Sim's trips away. Herbalism is another boring one now I think about it. I wish there was some kind of reward object like in TS3 that makes it easier to find plants & insects. It's a pain in the butt trying to find them in Granite Falls.
