Favourite and least favourite skills to build?

I don't really skill up for the sake of getting those skills high. Maybe if it's for work or aspiration, but that's very rare. My sims do actions I feel that suit them. While talking in front of the mirror may not be the most exciting thing, it suits perfectly my politician sim and gives him something to do. While I don't have a favourite really, my least favourite skill is probably baking. It's the only skill where I feel like I need to rely on books to get somewhere.
