@kwanzaabot But no one was thanking the "money men". I assume the person you were responding to was expressing gratitude towards the people who actually work on the game rather than the higher-ups that make the greedy decisions.
I have seen a lot of people have an immediate negative reaction whenever someone expresses any type of positive feedback for the people developing The Sims games and it makes me think that too many people in the community believe that the developers have absolute control on what goes on with their game. You may not have meant to come off that way, sorry for the misunderstanding
