In my current generation I made the grandparents move in with their adult child and his growing family. I got the Super Efficient Baby Care ability enabled when they were parenting him, but of course - too late for me to utilize. Well, that was until they moved in with him and his family! They became absolutely magnificent nannies for their grandchildren.
The ability also seems more "fitting" in a grandparent as they have been through raising children before and naturally have "secret knowledge" :blush:
