I am having fun right now converting a tiny home into an apartment complex by copy/pasting it and making each one into its own apartment.
2 Studio apartments on the ground floor, 2 2-bedroom apartments on the upper floor, if I can make them fit. The basement will have a workout room, laundry room, probably a game room, and an area for the water heater and electrical game play objects. The backyard will have a small garden and pool.
