Cause those sims in the trailer are breaking in for information to blackmail whoever lives there, not to swipe items. This could be leading the way for actual burglars to make it into the game
Maybe we will get a NPC burglar in the pack or as a free base game update, but likely not but the ability for a sim to break and enter and the klepto trait means we can be the burglar. And the pranks we can pull off. Burglars are coming to my game one way or the other.
