I'll turn the least desirable lot into a small church/dark chapel with cemetery and creepy underground crypt. There will also be a small community garden at the cemetery containing death flower, wolfsbane, garlic, etc.
And I may turn one of the other lots into a nightclub that my vamps use as a hunting ground.
