I always save two copies after every major change in build or moving house so I only lose a little if it crashes.
The only thing that can annoy is Windows 10 trying to update. Usually on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Did you know that it can steal some of your bandwidth to update other's PCs? I've reduced my settings to minimum for that but it still has a minimum of 5 Gig per month.
