Gallery being sorted by "Popular Now" by default is a problem

I was just checking the "most popular now" category for all lots, households & rooms. Is there a reason why I can't get more than the first 25 lines of items? The scroll bar will not go any farther down nor will more items load. I don't remember this ever happening to me in the old gallery. It seems hard for new items with a handful of likes/downloads to become more popular if they NEVER load in the most popular category ever.
