What I'm happy about is that we have large residential lots to build on. I was afraid they would give us the usual 20x30 size, which wouldn't work well with the new terrain manipulation tools. Instead we have 2 40x30, 3 50x40, and 1 64x64.
I do wish we had a couple of empty lots in the Starlight Boulevard district for a spa and a restaurant. Overall, I'm happy with Del Sol Valley, though.
