Get Famous Redesign Ideas? Please?

Hi! This is the first time I will ever be doing this. I want to redesign the premades and homes of Del Sol Valley (And possibly Brindleton Bay). How did any of you remake Del Sol Valley? Please, just describe any random stereotypical celebrity looks, name, storylines, homes or traits that come to your head :D. I play on PS4 so no gallery (sadly).
