Getting the butler to cook
Is this possible??? I can't see it in the pie menu under responsibilities nor when I click on the Butler, fridge or stove.

Sounds like a broken mod if you use mods. Check back with the original download page to see if the creator updated. Patches often break mods (and custom content).
