Good computer to run sims 4 and all expansions packs?

What’s a good desktop or laptop to run the sims 4? Tag in links please. The price could range from $700-$800 US dollars. I’m trying to run the sims on high settings with allot of custom content. Thank...

I no longer play on Ultra because it won't let me check off that option to make distant objects sharp. When playing with Ultra you have to settle for blurry with distant objects. I play custom with everything on high.
