I've never had that happen to me, but early on in the start of the Sims 4 (we didn't have toddlers yet) I uploaded a family to the Gallery that was almost immediately showcased by the main Maxis account. All of a sudden my Gallery account had a family that was being downloaded by thousands of other accounts, and it was extremely unpleasant and overwhelming... So I have negative feelings attached to that particular family. I've tried to rescript some of those feelings by playing the family, but I. Can't. Make. The. Originals. Stop. Returning. To. My. Gallery. I have deleted this particular family off the Gallery so many times it's comical, but they keep coming back to remind me that I don't get to decide if my builds and families are popular; that's what Maxis is here to do!
So I understand your frustration with the Gallery. I keep wondering what's wrong with my account, so it's nice to see that other people struggle with it... Albeit in different ways, lollerskates.
