Help me choose! Discover University or High School Years?

I find High School years gets old very fast, I never go with them to school anymore. But Discover university is something I use a lot, just getting my sim out of the house and run amok  or become a super brain is challenging. I also like the way the sims can all live together and i only have to control my own sim. It's the communal housing that I like the best.
