How do I do this?

I put a "military base" in StrangerVille because I want my sim to have a Military club and meet at the military base. The game does not allow me to have a generic lot as a meeting place within the club system. If I make it a park, or anything else, civilian sims who are not military will come in. Are there any other options?

    good idea I may use for another time! For now I want to concentrate on one family though. :smiley:
