How do you turn off this visual effect above sims heads?

How do you turn off the this visual effect that now happens after getting Get Famous? I am in a restaurant and I want to take pictures without these effects. Is there a mod or some toggle option? Th...

Thanks MuggyQuasar. I tried that one, it works for the speech bubbles but it doesn't seem to work with this particular effect. It also still shows up in camera mode.
